Who will benefit from my vehicle donation?

Once you designate the charity you wish to receive the proceeds from the sale of your vehicle, you can go to that charities website to learn how they spend their donations.

Does my vehicle need to be running in order to donate it?

As long as the vehicle is not stripped or fire damaged, it is accepted. Boats need to be able to float.

Will there be any out of pocket cost for me?

There is absolutely no cost for you. Your vehicle will be towed by the designated tow truck company and complete the paperwork.

What if I don't have my title (pink) slip?

Not a problem, contact the charity and they can help you with special forms. You don't even need the keys if they are not available.

Can my vehicle be picked up if I am not there to meet the tow truck driver?

Yes, you can pre-arrange this with the charity. How do I receive a receipt for my vehicle? Once you have made contact with your charity, you will be contacted by a representative who will arrange to have your vehicle towed by a bonded company. The driver will give you your signed receipt.

How long does it take for my car to get picked up?

With most organizations it takes less than 24 hours, once you make contact . You can make an appointment that works best for you.
